ABOUT THE ROLE

- We are looking for a confident and target-oriented female Marketing & Lead Management Executive to handle leads, generate new business opportunities, conduct follow-ups and drive conversions.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented approach and strong relationship-management abilities.

MANDATORY SKILLS - MUST HAVE

- Lead Generation, Telesales, Sales Conversion, Outbound Calling, Lead Qualification, Follow-up, CRM Management, Excellent English Communication, Marketing, Business Development, Relationship Management, Negotiation




- Priority will be given to candidates with proven lead-generation and sales-conversion experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound inquiries from students, parents and prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Conduct outbound calls and understand customer requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and improve conversion rates.
- Handle objections and customer queries.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Coordinate meetings, counseling sessions and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain partner/customer relationships.
- Support marketing and business-development activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
