Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that strengthen ZwickRoell Indias brand presence, generate qualified business opportunities, support service revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement across target industries. The role will work closely with Sales, Service, Product Management, and Corporate Marketing teams to drive business growth through digital marketing, events, content marketing, market intelligence, and customer-focused campaigns. Location: Gurugram, India

Job Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned with ZRIN business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and marketing activity roadmaps.
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, Product Divisions and ZRIN colleagues to localize and execute global initiatives
- Generate and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support lead conversion through close collaboration with Sales and Service teams.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, and industry portals. Manage SEO, website updates, landing pages, and online advertising campaigns.
- Develop and publish technical and commercial content including customer success stories, application notes, videos, webinars, blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn and website content.
- Support product launches and application-focused campaigns for Automotive, Metals, Plastics, Medical, Pharma, Academia, EV Battery, and other key industries.
- Develop service-focused campaigns to increase customer engagement and service revenue and promote calibration, maintenance, modernization, training, and AMC/service offerings.
- Organize webinars, seminars, roadshows, customer days, and exhibitions, Coordinate event logistics, registrations, promotions, and follow-up campaigns and drive participation and maximize lead generation from events.
- Maintain accurate customer,



account, and lead information within CRM systems. Improve CRM data quality and support segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing activities and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Assess market opportunities and do market research (by industry, customer segments)
- Track competitor activities, market developments, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with corporate marketing team to implement the initiatives and follow the HQ guidelines.
- Oversee and manage marketing materials including stationery, local flyers, brochures and case studies.
- Participate actively contribute in the quarterly International Marketing Circle of the ZwickRoell Group.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendor partners.
- Monitor tender portals and identify relevant business opportunities for the sales team.

Education

- Bachelor Degree

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology sector.

Requirements

- Strong communication and writing skills
- Positive computer and software skills
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords Campaign.
- Experience of working with tools / platforms like like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, HubSpot, GoToWebinar etc.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage independently. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Proficiency in English and Hindi language
- Proficiency in German language would be advantageous
- 70% travel requirement
