- • Identify trends and create engaging reel content to increase reach and visibility

- • Manage posting calendars and ensure consistent brand voice

- B - Engagement Growth

- • Drive organic engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves)





- • Respond to comments and messages to build community

- • Track and improve follower growth and engagement metrics

- C - Sales Performance Marketing

- • Run and optimize paid ads / boosted posts to increase conversions and sales

- • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions

- • Monitor ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics
