Market Activation Lead - Digital Transformation - - (BFSI) - India (IK)

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital transformation programs, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, program management, and business readiness activities. This role requires experience across both market activation and wealth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead market activation and business readiness activities for digital transformation programs

- Apply Agile methodologies to plan and track activation-related deliverables

- Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies

- Support delivery across both market activation and wealth-related workstreams

- Track and report activation progress using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Requirements

- Role Type: Market Activation

- Total Experience Required: 8-12 years of overall relevant experience.

- BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.

- Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations,



with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

- Contract duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Skills and Competencies

- Extensive experience in digital transformation programs

- Program management and business readiness activity experience

- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographies

- Experience spanning both market activation and wealth

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, JIRA, and Confluence
