Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop current business opportunities for chiller systems.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Generate leads through consultants, contractors, and end customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Promote water-cooled and air-cooled chiller solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

- Manage tender submissions and bid participation.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales.

- Coordinate with application, engineering, and project teams.

- Ensure timely order execution and project delivery.

- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.

- Develop consultant and channel partner networks.





- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.

- Support after-sales coordination and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure timely payment collections and account management.

- Drive business growth across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments.

Job Requirements :

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil)

- 10–20 years of experience

- PSP/Hydro project experience (Mandatory)

- Business Development & Tendering

- Costing & Estimation

- Techno-Commercial Bids

- EPC Project Exposure

- Strong communication & negotiation skills
