Reports To: VP – Projects

Supervises: Asst Manager / Site Engineers, Safety Engineer, Store Supervisor, QA/QC Engineer (at site)

Role Purpose

Full, single-point responsibility for turnkey delivery — design coordination, statutory approvals, execution, quality, safety, testing & commissioning, client billing, collections, and handover (including DLP).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute all project execution activities as per approved drawings and schedule.
- Prepare and monitor the site execution schedule, take corrective action on slippages.
- Coordinate with client/design consultant/PMC for GFC/shop-drawing approvals, BOQ reconciliation, technical submittals, inspections, and RFIs.
- Drive statutory approvals and liaison relevant to the project if applicable.
- Supervise and mentor Asst Managers/Site Engineers and Fresher Engineers deployed at site.
- Manage subcontractor and OEM vendor performance, allocation of work fronts, progress tracking, and bill certification.
- Own client billing at the project level, prepare and certify RA bills/measurement sheets, and coordinate client/PMC certification and sign-off.
- Drive collections of certified bills, follow up with client/PMC on outstanding payments and escalate overdue receivables to VP Projects.
- Ensure material and equipment availability at site by coordinating with Store Supervisor and procurement.




- Enforce safety protocols on site jointly with the Safety Manager/Engineer; conduct toolbox talks.
- Own quality control at site in coordination with QA/QC Engineer.
- Lead Testing, Balancing & Commissioning and performance guarantee tests.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, manpower deployment reports, and site MIS to HO.
- Lead project handover, punch-list closure, O&M; manual/documentation submission, and client sign-off; track DLP obligations and warranty closure post-handover.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
