Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Manager Procurement to lead and optimize procurement operations across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier governance, contract management, procurement transformation initiatives, and stakeholder management. This leadership role requires deep commercial acumen, strong negotiation capabilities, expertise in procurement governance, and proficiency in driving cost optimization across admin, IT, facilities, professional services, and operational expenditures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Operations: Lead the complete sourcing lifecycle from requirement gathering, RFx management, commercial evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding while ensuring compliance with internal governance and procurement policies.

Vendor Management & Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic supplier relationships across corporate office administration, IT infrastructure, facilities management, travel, professional services, and capital expenditure categories.

Commercial Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Lead high-value commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favourable commercial terms, service commitments,



and long-term value creation. Drive cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives across procurement categories.

Procurement Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce procurement governance standards, approval workflows, sourcing policies, delegation of authority requirements, and compliance controls across procurement operations.

RFP / RFQ & Comparative Analysis: Lead strategic sourcing events, float RFPs/RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, prepare executive comparative statements, conduct commercial assessments, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Contract & Risk Management: Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Business teams to draft, review, negotiate, and renew Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and strategic supplier agreements.

Reporting & MIS Management: Maintain procurement analytics, supplier performance dashboards, spend reports, savings trackers, and management reports using advanced MS Excel and ERP platforms (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics / Ariba).

Required Skills Qualifications

Experience: 12 to 18 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement governance within a corporate workplace.

Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement is strongly preferred).

Strategic Procurement Expertise: Strong experience in category management, sourcing strategy, supplier governance, spend management, procurement transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of procurement analytics, MIS reporting, spend analysis, ERP purchasing modules, sourcing tools, and procurement automation platforms.

Leadership & Communication: Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, team leadership, presentation, and communication skills with fluency in English and regional languages (Telugu/Hindi).
