Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee our custom home textile, home decor and furniture production with factories across India.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of custom ordersfrom the moment an order is received. You will bridge the gap between high-end design aspirations and technical manufacturing constraints, ensuring zero-defect production and exceptional on-time delivery.

Core Responsibilities

1. Order Validation & Technical Translation: Review incoming design requests for feasibility, ensuring dimensions, materials, and structural constraints are manufacturing-protected. Convert custom configurations (fabrics, finishes, dimensions) into exact, error-free production spec sheets.
2. Manage Approvals: Coordinate with the sales team to secure formal client sign-offs on initial samples, fabric dye-lots, and finish samples before production starts.
3. Production T&A; monitoring Proactively monitor and track timelines to ensure production is progressing as scheduled and deliveries happen on time.
4. Mitigate Lead Time Risks: Proactively track materials to prevent bottlenecks and provide realistic, reliable delivery windows to the sales team.
5. Craftsmanship Quality:



Enforce Strict Quality Standards. Inspect finished goods for pattern alignment, structural integrity, and finish consistency before they leave the facility.
6. Resolve Claims Swiftly: Manage quality claims efficiently to protect brand reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 10+ years in production management across different materials and techniques, specifically within the furniture, textiles and home decor sectors.
- Technical Mastery and strong understanding of materials and techniques across textiles, wood, stone, metal etc and product construction methods.
- Soft Skills: Superior communication skills for translating complex technical limitations into production-friendly updates.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Industrial Design, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Key Performance Indicators On-Time-In-Full (OTIF): Meeting the exact promised delivery date for customers.
- First-Time-Right Yield: Percentage of custom products built flawlessly on the first attempt without re-works
