Qualification, Experience Desired Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Processing
- Robust understanding of bauxitecrushing systems, belt conveyor systems, material handling systems, mineralprocessing operations, and bauxite quality management.
- Knowledge of bauxite ore characteristics,including moisture, cohesiveness, agglomeration and their impact on materialhandling, processing efficiency, and product quality.
- 8 - 10years of experience in mineralcrushing screening, processing, and material handling operations in metalmines preferable bauxite.
- Experience in ore blending,stockyard management, dispatch operations, conveyor systems, and bauxitequality management.
- Exposure to commissioning,ramp-up, and operation of crushing, mineral processing and long-distancematerial transport facilities preferred.
- knowledge in large-scalemechanized mining and high-capacity crushing conveying systems.
- Technical knowhow of latesttechnologies including mobile crushing and screening.

KeyResponsibilities 1. Crushing, Material Handling DispatchOperations

- Manage end-to-end crushing,screening, conveying, stockyard, blending, and dispatch operations to achieveproduction, throughput, quality, and targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization andreliability of crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, stackers, hoppers, andassociated material handling systems.
- Identify bottlenecks, reducedowntime, and drive continuous improvements in productivity, reliability,recovery, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Ensure uninterrupted ore flowfrom mine face to stockyard and dispatch facilities.
- Coordinatewith Mining,



Geology, Logistics, and Commercial teams to achieve production,quality, and dispatch objectives.

2. Mineral Processing Bauxite QualityManagement

- Managebauxite quality parameters including Alumina (AlO), THA, Reactive Silica,Total Silica, FeO, TiO, LOI, Moisture, and Particle Size Distribution.
- Coordinate with Geology and MinePlanning teams for grade control, ore blending, stockpile management, andquality assurance.
- Minimizedilution, contamination, and ore losses while ensuring refinery qualityspecifications are consistently achieved.

3. Maintenance, Safety Compliance

- Coordinate preventive,predictive, and shutdown maintenance activities to maximize equipmentreliability and plant availability.
- Lead equipment health monitoring,Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and critical spares management.
- Ensure compliance with Mines Act,MMR 1961, MCDR, DGMS guidelines, Environmental Clearance conditions, andcompany HSE standards.
- Promote astrong safety culture through inspections, audits, risk assessments, andcontractor management.

4. Team Management Performance Monitoring

- Lead supervisors, and contractorworkforce to achieve production, safety, quality, and cost KPIs.
- Develop team capability throughtraining, mentoring, and performance management.
- Prepare andreview production, OEE, downtime, quality, conveyor performance, and costreports while monitoring key operational KPIs.
