Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to manage contract lifecycle, Intellectual Property Rights

(IPR), and legal compliance matters for a fast-growing D2C organization. The role involves drafting, reviewing,

vetting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements while safeguarding the organization's legal interests.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

Draft, review, vet, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts and legal agreements.

Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, amendments, and closure.

Ensure contracts align with business objectives and legal requirements.

Resolve contractual issues and support stakeholders in contract negotiations.

Agreement Management

Lease Agreements

Influencer &

- Celebrity Agreements

Vendor &
- Service Agreements

Marketing &
- Agency Agreements

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Employment &

- Consultancy Agreements

Licensing &
- Partnership Agreements

E-commerce &
- Marketplace Agreements

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Manage trademark, copyright, and brand protection matters.

Coordinate with external counsels for filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement actions.





Conduct trademark searches and monitor potential infringements.

Support IP strategy for India and international markets.

Legal Advisory &

- Compliance

Provide legal support to business, marketing, HR, procurement, and commercial teams.

Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business transactions.

Liaise with external counsels and regulatory authorities as required.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications &

- Skills

LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.

4-7 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Contract Management, and IPR.

Strong drafting, vetting, and negotiation skills.

Experience handling commercial agreements in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, D2C, or Consumer Brands preferred.

Robust understanding of contract law, IPR, commercial laws, and compliance frameworks.
