Role: NAC (Cisco ISE) L3 Engineer / SME

Location: Pune

Experience: 7–10+ years (3–5 years Cisco ISE mandatory)

Job Summary

Hiring an experienced Cisco ISE L3 Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless (WLC 9800/AireOS), and Cisco Meraki (MR/MX/MS). Role involves enterprise NAC deployment, L3 escalations, secure access design, wireless authentication troubleshooting, and integration across wired, wireless, and cloud-managed environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy & troubleshoot Cisco ISE (802.1X, MAB, Posture, BYOD, Guest, Profiling).
- Provide L3 escalation for NAC,



Cisco Wireless, and Meraki incidents.
- Integrate ISE with Cisco WLC and Meraki Dashboard for secure access.
- Troubleshoot wireless 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, certificate issues.
- Manage Cisco Wireless (9800/AireOS) & Meraki WLAN/Security setups.
- Create HLD/LLD, SOPs, RCA, and follow ITIL processes.

Required Skills

- Cisco ISE (PAN/PSN/MnT), RADIUS/TACACS+, EAP‑TLS/PEAP.
- Cisco Wireless (AireOS/9800), RF basics, SSID security.
- Cisco Meraki MR/MX/MS administration.
- Strong knowledge of VLANs, PKI, AD/LDAP, MDM, certificates.
- Packet capture, RADIUS logs, debugging experience.

Preferred Certifications

- SISE, CCNP Security/Enterprise
- CMNA/CMNP (Meraki), Wireless Specialist
- ITIL V3/V4
