- Manage the financial performance of the company by preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit & loss accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations for business growth.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years' experience in accountancy or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., GAAP).
