Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and file GST –R1 & 3B returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
- Handle taxation-related documentation and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Possess a strong understanding of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance preparation.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Monitor ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth financial operations.




- Should be able to handle Accounts & billing independently

Required Skills

- Strong experience in complete Billing & Accounts management.
- Hands-on experience in Taxation and GST Return Filing.
- Good knowledge of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.
- Proficiency in Marg Software Mandatory.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in Cosmetics, Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Healthcare industries will be preferred.
