Responsible for maintenance of mechanical power presses, pneumatic presses, hydraulic presses, and stamping machines.
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of power press machines and associated equipment.
- Familiarity with TPM, OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance planning.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
Train and guide maintenance technicians/operators in basic machine inspection, lubrication, and protected operation. Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, OEE improvement, and continuous-improvement activities.
Ensure maximum machine availability and reliability while maintaining safe working conditions
