Position: Manager – Sales & Operations

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our sales and operations function in the Logistics Domain. As Manager, you will own the sales strategy, drive new client acquisition, oversee day-to-day operational execution, manage a team of field executives, and serve as the primary point of accountability to management for performance and updates.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify, pursue, and onboard new client accounts across target industries and regions
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, transporters, and factory partners at a strategic level
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field executives — assigning territories, setting targets, and monitoring performance
- Oversee daily operations including transporter coordination, warehouse inward/outward flow, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking
- Ensure operational efficiency and troubleshoot escalations across marketing, operations, and finance functions
- Review and consolidate daily/weekly field status reports from the team before reporting to management
- Own documentation standards,



data management practices, and process compliance across the team
- Provide regular, structured updates to senior management on sales pipeline, client acquisition, team performance, and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and efficiency across the RollingRadius Logistics System

Desired Skills:

- Proven experience of 6+ Years in sales leadership, client acquisition, and team management, preferably within logistics or a related domain
- Solid working knowledge of transporters, trucking operations, factories, shipments, and freight loads
- Proficiency with multiple software systems (Apps and Cloud-based platforms) and strong Excel/reporting skills
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients and management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a results-driven, positive attitude
- Punctuality, ownership, and accountability as a leader
