Role Description The Logistics Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee end-to-end logistics operations related to client applications and service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate handling of documents and information. This full time role is on-site and based in Canada, coordinating closely with consultants and clients to manage the movement, tracking, and storage of files, materials, and resources.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and optimizing supply chain processes, supervising inventory of documentation and office supplies, managing vendor and procurement activities, and monitoring service levels to meet operational targets. The role also involves resolving logistics-related issues,



maintaining process compliance, preparing regular status reports, and collaborating with internal teams to support smooth and efficient client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to plan, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end operations.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track, control, and maintain documentation and office resources effectively.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills to manage vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely availability of required materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with clients, address concerns, and support a positive service experience.
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in a service-oriented or consulting environment.
