Amwoodo Eco Products Private Limited is a growing organization focused on sustainable and eco-friendly products. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team and support our growing factory and logistics operations.

Role Overview The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day logistics, dispatch, transportation, and warehouse-related activities from our Dankuni factory. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, transporters, drivers, customers, and other external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches from the factory as per customer and business requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipments and follow up with transporters to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and verify logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR/POD and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch as per schedule.
- Ensure accurate loading of goods and verify quantities against dispatch documents.
- Track deliveries and maintain proper records of dispatches and delivery status.
- Follow up on pending PODs and ensure timely submission and documentation.
- Handle issues related to delays, shortages, damages,



or discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily logistics MIS and reports related to dispatches, deliveries, transportation and pending shipments.
- Coordinate with accounts and other internal teams for logistics-related documentation and transporter bills.
- Assist in monitoring transportation costs and identify opportunities for improving logistics efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, safety guidelines and warehouse/dispatch procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with transporters, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support inventory and stock reconciliation activities wherever required.

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehouse or supply chain operations.
- Willingness to work from our factory location at Dankuni, Monday to Saturday.
- Good knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- A proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred:

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience working in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/logistics management systems.
