Role & responsibilities:

- Drive and manage organizational compliance programs, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with global compliance standards and best practices.

- Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Lead awareness initiatives and training sessions on compliance topics such as POSH, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Competition Law, Code of Conduct, Ethics, and other regulatory requirements.

- Manage and support internal investigations related to compliance breaches, employee misconduct, and policy violations.

- Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen the compliance culture across the organization.





- Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on compliance implications and required actions.

- Maintain compliance documentation, investigation reports, and training records.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Compliance, HR, or related discipline.

- Robust experience in corporate compliance, ethics, policy governance, and investigations.

- Sound understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and employee conduct-related matters.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

- Experience in delivering compliance training and driving organization-wide awareness programs.
