- Establish a Center of Excellence (COE) framework, optimizing SOPs, service level agreements & evaluation methodologies.
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in HR with 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with team-leading capacity.
- Corporate IT recruitment with high-volume external Client Staffing environments.
