The ideal candidate should have:

- Valid Bar Council enrollment;
- 3-5 years of practical experience in appearing and arguing before the High Court and District Courts;
- Experience in handling matters independently;
- Positive understanding of court procedure and litigation practice;
- Ability to read case papers, prepare arguments, and assist in strategy;
- Good drafting, communication, and coordination skills;
- Professional approach towards timelines, confidentiality, and client matters.
