- Conduct site surveys to gather data on existing conditions, including topography, boundaries, and features.
- Design and implement survey plans using specialized software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate design specifications for construction projects.
- Perform boundary surveys to establish legal property lines and prepare detailed maps for record-keeping purposes.
- Utilize GPS technology to collect accurate location data for mapping purposes.
- Coordinate with surveyors, liaison teams, legal teams and project engineers
- verify land records such as FMB, Village Maps, TSLR, Patta, Chitta, Tippan and revenue sketches
- prepare Topographical survey, boundary survey, demarcation, layout and as built drawings
