ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LABOUR CONTRACTOR

1. Supply of Labour

- Provide the required number of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers on a regular and continuous basis as required by the organization.
- Primarily provide manpower for stitching, stitching-related activities, and product development processes.
- Ensure availability of workers with relevant experience and capability in industrial stitching, sports product stitching, and related manufacturing activities.
- Provide manpower as per the organization's production requirements, workload, and manpower plan.
- Ensure that the required manpower is available at the designated workplace and within the required working schedule.
- Arrange suitable replacement workers in case of absence, attrition, or non-availability of any worker.
- Maintain sufficient manpower availability to avoid disruption or delay in the stitching and production process.

1. Skill & Workforce Requirements

- Provide workers according to the skill level required for the assigned activity, including skilled, semi-skilled, and helper-level manpower.
- Ensure that workers assigned to stitching activities have the required practical knowledge and experience for the work allotted to them.
- Provide specialized stitching manpower wherever required for specific products, materials, machines, or stitching techniques.
- Support the organization in scaling manpower requirements during increased production, new product development, seasonal demand, or urgent production requirements.

1. Stitching & Product Development Support

- Provide manpower specifically for stitching and product development activities as required by the organization.




- Workers may be deployed across different stitching and product-development activities depending on production requirements.
- Support the organization in developing and producing new products by providing suitable stitching manpower for sampling, prototyping, trials, modifications, and regular production.
- Ensure availability of experienced workers who can work with different materials, components, patterns, designs, and stitching requirements.
- Provide additional manpower whenever required for urgent orders, production targets, current product launches, or increased workload.

1. Manpower Continuity & Replacement

- Maintain regular availability of the agreed manpower strength.
- Minimize disruption to production caused by worker absenteeism or turnover.
- Arrange replacement manpower promptly whenever an assigned worker is unavailable or is found unsuitable for the required work.
- Coordinate with the organization's designated representative regarding manpower requirements, replacements, and changes in workforce requirements.

1. Performance & Work Allocation

- Ensure that the manpower provided is capable of performing the work assigned by the organization.
- Workers shall be deployed according to their respective skills and the production requirements communicated by the organization.
- The organization may communicate changes in manpower requirements based on production schedules, workload, product development requirements, and business needs.
- The contractor shall make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous manpower availability in line with the organization's requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
