Roles and Responsibilities :

- User need to do 2nd QC with target of 110 to 120 cases daily once training of all Ins.co is done. Error free reports need to be process
- Timely bucket needs to be explicit whatever cases assigned
- Multitasking and self-improvement in work with interest in learning new things are highly appreciated. User skill in team handling will be evaluated after some course of time for tasks like imparting training to new staff, monitoring bucket, analysing performance, taking grv follow-up.
- Standard work from office timing will be 11:30 am to 8 pm. There will be roaster for 1 Sunday working in a month
- Once training is completed for night shift weekly roaster will be there.
- Penalty clause is applicable for all users as per severity of errors and non-improvement seen after giving training and caution.

Qualf : Dmlt,cmlt,bsc mlt,Mlt Salary : 15k to 17k
