- We are looking for an Application Specialist to own and support critical production applications. This is more than a traditional L3 Support role, involving application ownership, troubleshooting complex production issues, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Manage and support business-critical applications in a production environment.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor application health, performance, and stability.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams on releases and firm-wide projects.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management.

- - Java: Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling,



and basic coding skills.
- SQL: Hands-on experience with Joins, Aggregate Functions, Subqueries, Group By, and Indexing basics.
- Linux: Knowledge of commands such as grep, find, ps, chmod, tail, and basic shell scripting.
- Experience in Production/Application Support, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- - Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or ELK.
- Automation using Shell/Python/Java.
- Exposure to Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- - Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Java coding is mandate
