About Kinesis

Kinesis is a sports physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength-and-conditioning centre in Gahunje, Pune, led by Dr. Mugdha Kulkarni (MPT – MSK & Sports, ASCA S&C;, COMT, CDNP). We treat sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, joint and spine pain.

The role

You will execute treatment plans designed by our lead physiotherapist — delivering electrotherapy modalities (Ultrasound, IFT, TENS), exercise-based rehabilitation, and supervised strength and mobility work. You'll learn assessment and treatment planning alongside her as you grow into the Senior role.

Day to day

- Deliver prescribed rehab sessions — modalities and exercise
- Progress patients through their exercise programmes and coach technique
- Maintain accurate session notes and outcome tracking
- Escalate any change in patient status to the lead physiotherapist
- Support on-ground and sports event coverage occasionally
- Help supervise interns once you're settled in

Who we're looking for

- BPT or MPT, 0–2 years' experience — freshers and recent interns welcome
- Sound grasp of anatomy, exercise prescription and electrotherapy fundamentals




- Coachable and disciplined about documentation
- Comfortable coaching patients through exercise, not only applying modalities
- An interest in sports and movement is a plus, not a requirement
- Able to commute reliably to Gahunje
