About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst / Financial Planner to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about financial planning, investment analysis, and client portfolio management.

As part of our finance and advisory team, you will gain hands-on exposure to portfolio tracking, budgeting, client interactions, and core financial reporting tools. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in wealth management and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in financial analysis and investment advisory for clients.
- Track and maintain client portfolios and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Support senior planners in creating investment strategies and planning presentations.
- Perform research and data analysis to support investment decisions.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams for documentation, query resolution, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain data accuracy in financial systems.





Must-Have Skills Experience
- Basic understanding of financial principles, personal finance, or investment products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups); exposure to financial tools or software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team workplace.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Professional behaviour with a client-first mindset.
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BMS)

- MBA in Finance (preferred)
- CFA Level 1 cleared or NISM Series X-A certification is a plus.
