Summary :

We are looking for Software Engineers with a technical background and experience in lending/underwriting to work with Experian PowerCurve Origination (PCO) and PowerCurve Strategy Management (PCSM). The role involves software development, integrations, data processing, debugging, testing, and support for lending and credit decisioning solutions. Key

Software Engineer – PowerCurve Origination & Strategy Management

Experience: 2–4 years

Domain: Lending & Underwriting

Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain software components for lending and credit decisioning applications.
- Work on APIs, integrations, data flows, and application interfaces.
- Develop and support credit/underwriting decisioning solutions and strategies.
- Write SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Debug and resolve application and production issues. Perform unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment, and SDLC activities.
- Apply lending and underwriting domain knowledge to technical solutions.
- Work with PCO and PCSM as part of the technology stack.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in software development / engineering




- Strong programming fundamentals Good SQL/database knowledge
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data processing
- Positive debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SDLC and Agile development
- Understanding of lending, credit, and underwriting
- Good to Have Experience with Experian PowerCurve Origination (PCO) or PowerCurve Strategy Management (PCSM) Banking, NBFC, fintech, or lending technology experience
- Knowledge of credit assessment, underwriting, eligibility, credit risk, and decision strategies
- Experience with decision engines or business rules
