HR Operations Executive - 0 to 1 Year Experience

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Executive with 0-1 year of experience to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the employee onboarding and exit process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and background verification.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
- Support employees with routine HR-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, forms, and records.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure HR data is accurate, organized, and confidential.

Required Skills





- 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR / HR Administration.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

- Internship or academic project experience in HR.
- Exposure to HRMS/HRIS or ATS tools.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and leave processes.
