We are looking for an experienced JAMF Administrator to manage and support Apple devices across the organization. The role involves administration of JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM), macOS device management, application deployment, patching, security policies and endpoint troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage the JAMF Pro workplace and day-to-day endpoint operations.

- Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) and device enrollment/lifecycle activities.

- Configure and maintain Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), PreStage Enrollments and zero-touch provisioning.

- Create and manage JAMF policies, configuration profiles, smart groups and device scopes.

- Deploy, update and remove macOS applications and software using JAMF.

- Manage JAMF Self Service applications, utilities and user-triggered actions.

- Support patch management, software compliance and application remediation.

- Configure and troubleshoot FileVault, encryption, certificates, firewall, password and security policies.

- Troubleshoot device enrollment, MDM profiles, policy failures, application deployment and device check-in issues.

- Perform device onboarding, re-enrollment, wipe, lock, unmanage,



retire and removal activities.

- Monitor device inventory, compliance and JAMF operational health.

- Support macOS, iOS and iPadOS device management where required.

- Work with Security, IT Operations, Network, Asset Management and Application teams to resolve endpoint issues.

- Follow change management, security and compliance processes.

Required Skills

- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in JAMF administration / Apple device management.

- Strong experience with JAMF Pro.

- Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).

- Experience with ADE / Automated Device Enrollment / DEP / PreStage Enrollment.

- Strong knowledge of macOS administration and MDM.

- Experience with JAMF policies, configuration profiles, Smart Groups and Self Service.

- Experience in application deployment and patch management.

- Good troubleshooting skills across macOS, MDM, enrollment and application deployment.

- Knowledge of FileVault, endpoint security and device compliance.

- Exposure to Shell/Bash scripting is an added advantage.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
