Education: ITI Pass in Electrician, or Solar Technician. Experience: 1 to 2 years (Freshers with basic knowledge of electrical fundamentals are welcome to apply).
Core Skills:
Understanding of AC/DC basic concepts, positive/negative polarity, and series/parallel connections. Ability to use basic hand tools (crimping tools, wire strippers, drilling machines, multimeters).
Fitness and willingness to work outdoors on rooftops.
Travel: Willingness to travel to local project sites (having a valid 2-wheeler license is a plus).
