Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand Technical JDs , effectively understand the client requirements and tech skills (java, Testing, DevOps, Data Engineering , AI Engineer etc.)

- Sourcing through Naukri, monster, social media like LinkedIn other available online forums.

- Builds applicant sources by researching Sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack overflow.

- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, jobs sites, referrals,

- Thorough Assessment of candidates skill and qualified details over telephonic conversation.

- Interview scheduling & reference check.

- Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements and reporting process.

- Vendors management and basic sanity check of their submitted profiles.

- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications and follow-ups till closing req.

- Improves organization attractiveness/candidate engagement by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits.

- Salary negotiation, Offer releasing, follow-up, and stakeholder management.





- Preparing MIS Reports.

Must of Skills:

- Should be very good at simple and creating complex Boolean search strings.

- Should have a basic understanding of the latest technology stack in the areas of full-stack engineering (Java, C#, Python), Core Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Testing and ERPs,

- Should have a good network on social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

- Good written and oral Communication Skills.

- Domestic Recruitment and should be sourcing 8-10 resumes per day in current Job.

- Exp of managing multiple stakeholders & Vendors.

- Target oriented
- A good understanding of Internet & MS office is a must.

- Minimum Experience needed: 4 Years and above.

- Professional attitude , adhere to reporting and update on time.
