Hardware & Networking Support Executive:

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network connectivity.

- Provide technical support to call centre agents, supervisors, and management.

- Troubleshoot system hardware, operating system, software, and peripheral-related issues.

- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity or speed-related problems.

- Manage user accounts, system access, IP addresses, and basic network configurations.

- Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks of computers and networking equipment.

- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, applications, and security updates.

- Maintain IT inventory, including computers, networking devices, cables, accessories, and other equipment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per hour
