⁠ ⁠Write, review, test and document code. Handle deployments, monitoring and backups.

⁠ ⁠Sit with employees and turn vague complaints into buildable requirements. Most people can only tell you what annoys them. The translation is your job.

⁠ ⁠Own company IT day to day: networks, connectivity, access, devices, accounts, security.

⁠ ⁠Manage our network and infrastructure providers. Raise issues, chase them down, evaluate alternatives.

⁠ ⁠Automate the problems that keep coming back.

⁠ ⁠Write things down. Specs, runbooks, updates.

What we need,

⁠ ⁠Excellent English, written and spoken. You'll represent us to vendors and clients without supervision. We'll assess this properly in the interview.

⁠ ⁠You can actually code. Build and maintain a working application on your own, not just edit examples. We're relaxed about language, not about judgment.





⁠ ⁠You know your way around gen AI tools. What they're positive for, where they fall over, and how to tell. We aren't counting lines of AI-generated code. Anything you can't explain doesn't ship.

⁠ ⁠A bachelor's degree, any discipline.

⁠ ⁠Ownership. Nobody will chase you for a status update.

⁠ ⁠Based in Mumbai. Half this job needs you in the room.

We aren't filtering on years of experience. If you can do the work, we want to talk.

Useful but not required: networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, firewalls) at a level where you can hold your own with an ISP support desk; Linux administration; a history of being the technical generalist at a small company; anything you've built and put in public.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
