We are looking for a motivated iOS Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing iOS applications using Swift and Xcode, along with a good understanding of Deep Linking, Universal Links, and app navigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift.
- Design and implement new features based on business requirements.
- Implement and manage Deep Linking and Universal Links for seamless navigation between websites and the iOS application.
- Handle navigation to specific screens based on deep-link URLs.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues and crashes.
- Optimize application performance and improve user experience.
- Work with UI/UX teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Publish and maintain applications through App Store Connect.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience in iOS development.
- Strong knowledge of Swift.
- Valuable understanding of Xcode and iOS SDK.
- Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Understanding of MVC/MVVM architecture.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Good understanding of iOS navigation and lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Deep Linking, Universal Links, URL Schemes, and Associated Domains.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug application issues.
- Basic knowledge of App Store submission and certificates/provisioning profiles.
Deep Linking Requirements The candidate should have practical or working knowledge of:
- Custom URL Schemes.
- Universal Links.
- Associated Domains.
- Opening specific app screens from URLs.
- Handling deep links when the app is:
- Already open
- Running in the background
- Completely closed
- Passing parameters through deep-link URLs.
- Redirecting users from a website to a specific screen inside the iOS application.
- Troubleshooting deep-link and Universal Link issues.
