Role*

Handle inbound/outbound calls for US customers. Resolve queries, provide support, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Eligibility

- Education: UG / Graduate
- Note: BE/B.Tech or Masters candidates cannot apply

Required Skills

- Excellent English Communication
- Versant Score: 60 or above
- Good computer and typing skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills

Shift & Schedule

- Shift: US Night Shift
- Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary & Advantages

- Take-home: 21,400/month

- Additional: Shift Allowance
