About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruiting for the Australian market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Australian recruitment practices and experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for Australia-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions in the Australian market.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand Australian job markets, candidate expectations, and recruitment practices.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment,



preferably with strong exposure to Australia recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting candidates for Australia-based roles or clients.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Good understanding of the Australian recruitment market and hiring practices.
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, SEEK, Naukri, or similar portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Australia recruitment, international recruitment, overseas recruitment, staffing, recruitment consultancy, or Australian hiring processes will be preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant recruitment experience will be given more importance than the specific qualification.
