VIHOME Studio is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate the day-to-day execution of one of our interior projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site, coordinating with contractors and vendors, checking workmanship, and ensuring that the project progresses according to the design, drawings, BOQ, and schedule.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of the site and can independently manage day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Be present at the project site 5 days a week and supervise daily execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, BOQ, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality and finishing of work.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are received and checked properly.




- Track daily site progress and communicate updates to the design/project team.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant contractor or vendor to resolve them.
- Ensure different trades are coordinated properly to avoid delays and rework.
- Maintain basic site records, measurements, and progress updates.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe site.
- Coordinate with the project team during inspections, measurements, installations, and handovers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
