Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and project quotations for residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of interior materials, measurements, pricing, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate BOQs, estimates, and quotations for interior projects.
- Study 2D drawings, 3D designs, layouts, and project requirements.
- Take off quantities for modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceilings.
- Calculate material quantities, labour costs, installation charges, and other project expenses.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, Purchaser, and site teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain updated material and labour rate records.
- Identify cost variations and ensure estimates are within the approved project budget.
- Prepare revised estimates based on design or client changes.
- Support the sales and design team with accurate project costing.
- Verify measurements and quantities with site teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, BOQs, quotations, and project costing.
- Ensure all estimates are prepared accurately and submitted within deadlines.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design,



Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior estimation, quantity surveying, or related work preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes, and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and interior layouts.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/BOQ preparation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe costing.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware, glass, stone, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other interior materials.
- Familiarity with vendor rates and market pricing.
- Experience with interior estimation software or Excel-based costing systems.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

- Accurate and timely preparation of estimates and BOQs.
- Minimum errors in quantity and costing calculations.
- Effective cost control and material optimization.
- Proper coordination with design, sales, procurement, and project teams.
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of company pricing and costing data.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
