Job Profile:

We are looking for an Interior Designer who would be responsible for ensuring effective and smooth functioning of all projects right from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
- Making BOQs
- Experience in design and build projects.
- Taking accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.




- Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
- Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address client requests.
- Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
- Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects.
- Provides follow-up support with clients.
- Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with clients.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
- Experience in commercial, hospitality, residential Interior projects with portfolio.
- 8-10 years’ relevant interior design experience
- Project management experience.
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision
- In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max , Revit or similar design software and MS office.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning.
- Able to develop and present design concepts.
- Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials.

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME DAYS: MON-SAT (Alternate Saturdays Off)

TIME- 10am-7pm
