We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to handle residential interior design projects from concept development to execution. The candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, space plans, and mood boards for residential projects.

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, and material specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.

- Conduct site visits and ensure that the execution is as per approved designs and specifications.

- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.

- Prepare and review BOQs, material estimates, and design-related cost requirements.

- Make design modifications based on client requirements, site conditions, and project feasibility.





- Ensure designs are delivered within the agreed timelines and project budgets.

- Maintain design documentation, drawings, approvals, and revisions.

- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape, Photoshop, or similar design software.

- Strong knowledge of residential interior design, materials, finishes, and furniture.

- Good understanding of space planning and design detailing.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Knowledge of site execution and construction practices will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
