Khatu Shyam Industry is looking for a talented, creative, and hardworking Interior Designer to join our team. We are seeking candidates who have a good understanding of interior design, space planning, materials, and design execution.

Freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates with good design skills, software knowledge, creativity, and a willingness to learn will be considered.

Job Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Creating creative and functional interior design concepts.
- Preparing 2D layouts and interior drawings.
- Preparing 3D interior designs and presentations.
- Understanding client requirements and converting them into practical designs.
- Preparing furniture layouts and space-planning concepts.
- Selecting suitable materials, colours, textures, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Taking and maintaining accurate site measurements.
- Visiting project sites whenever required.
- Coordinating with contractors, carpenters, electricians, vendors, and other site workers.
- Monitoring design execution at the project site.
- Ensuring that work is carried out according to approved designs.
- Making design modifications based on client requirements.
- Preparing material specifications and basic estimates when required.
- Coordinating with the project/site team for smooth execution.
- Maintaining proper drawings, measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensuring quality, finishing, and design standards are maintained.
- Completing assigned design work within the required timeline.





Required Skills The candidate should have:

- Good knowledge of interior design concepts.
- Good understanding of space planning.
- Creative thinking and design sense.
- Good knowledge of colours, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to read and prepare drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn new design techniques and software.
- Ability to manage work within deadlines.

Software Knowledge Knowledge of the following software will be an advantage:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray
- Lumion
- Revit
- Photoshop
- Other interior design and 3D visualization software

Freshers with basic AutoCAD/3D software knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates from a relevant technical/design background may also apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced Interior Designers can also apply.
- Candidates with a good portfolio will have an added advantage.

Experience Freshers: Can apply.

Experienced Candidates: Relevant experience in interior design, residential/commercial interiors, furniture design, site execution, or related work will be preferred.

Experience is not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate good design knowledge and skills.
