We are building a professional design team focused on creating thoughtful, functional and aesthetically refined interiors with strong attention to detail.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident Interior Designer who can take ownership of the design process from understanding the client's requirements to developing and presenting the final design.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, 2D Draftsman and 3D Rendering Artist to develop designs that are both beautiful and practical to execute.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Requirement Understanding

- Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, preferences, functional requirements and expectations.
- Understand the client's budget and project priorities.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Translate client requirements into a clear design direction.
- Present design concepts professionally and confidently.

Design Development
- Develop interior design concepts for residential projects.
- Prepare space-planning and furniture layouts.
- Develop design themes, styles and colour palettes.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories.
- Create detailed design concepts for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens,



dining spaces and other areas.
- Ensure the design is aesthetically cohesive throughout the project.
- Balance aesthetics, functionality, budget and execution feasibility.

Design Presentation
- Prepare design presentations for clients.
- Work with the 3D rendering team to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Review 3D renders and ensure they accurately represent the intended design.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback.
- Present design decisions clearly and confidently to clients.

Coordination
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding site conditions and execution requirements.
- Work closely with the 2D Draftsman to develop accurate working drawings.
- Coordinate with the rendering artist to ensure visualisations match the approved design.
- Coordinate with vendors and material suppliers when required.
- Ensure the approved design is properly communicated to the execution team.

Project Support
- Participate in site visits and design inspections.
- Review executed work against the approved design.
- Identify design deviations and coordinate corrections.
- Assist the Project Manager in maintaining design quality throughout execution.
- Keep project design documents and material selections organised.

What We Are Looking For




- 2–4 years of experience in interior design, preferably residential interiors.
- Strong understanding of space planning and interior design principles.
- Excellent design sense and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
- Ability to understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop a design concept independently.
- Ability to work within a defined budget.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple team members.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Software Skills Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- D5 Render
- Lumion
- Photoshop
- Revit

Strong design ability is more key than knowing every software listed above.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has strong design judgement, not just software skills.

You should be able to look at an empty space and understand:

You should also be comfortable presenting your ideas directly to clients and explaining why a particular design decision was made.

Portfolio Required

Portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates with strong residential design portfolios and excellent design sense will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
