We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of high-end interior projects. Key Responsibilities:● Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.● Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans.● Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3 D models using software like Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Photoshop.● Assess site conditions, conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions.● Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Requirements: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.● 10+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in interior commercial projects.● Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Bim, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.● Robust understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.● Excellent communication and project management skills.● Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
