Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Architect & Civil Engineer to manage interior design, civil works, architectural coordination and on-site project execution. The role will involve working closely with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are completed with the required quality, timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior layouts, space plans, working drawings and detailed designs
- Coordinate architectural and civil drawings, BOQs, measurements and material specifications
- Supervise civil, interior finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting works




- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, progress and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects and consultants
- Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions
- Verify measurements, quantities, bills and project documentation
- Support material selection, estimation, procurement and vendor coordination
- Maintain project records and prepare progress reports
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, approved drawings and project specifications
- Ensure timely completion and quality handover of projects

Required Skills

- AutoCAD and working knowledge of design/drafting software
- Strong understanding of civil construction and interior finishing
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation and measurements
- Site supervision and project execution experience
- Vendor and contractor management
- Good knowledge of construction materials
- Solid coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel

Education - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch / Degree in Interior Design. Candidates with relevant site execution experience and strong technical skills will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

- 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, interior execution, architecture or project management
- Comfortable with both site execution and office-based coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of project deliverables
- Willing to work at project sites and travel as required
