Job Summary

Pitanga Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new insurance business, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, references, online leads and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance and financial protection requirements.
- Explain insurance products, advantages, premium details, policy terms and coverage clearly.
- Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for renewals and policy servicing.
- Assist customers with documentation, proposal forms, KYC and other required formalities.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, processing and service-related queries.
- Provide post-sales support and assist customers with policy-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales and customer information.




- Ensure that all sales and customer communication follows applicable insurance guidelines and company policies.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in insurance, financial services, banking, telesales or direct sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products such as Life, Health and General Insurance will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Hindi and English communication required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
