Role Description The Installations Assistant for Medical Devices is a full time, on-site role based in Bidhannagar. In this position, the individual will support the installation, setup, and basic configuration of VerveFlo and related medical devices at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Daily tasks include coordinating with healthcare professionals, preparing equipment for installation, assisting with device testing and verification, and ensuring that installations follow safety and quality standards.

The role involves providing basic user guidance to clinicians and patients on device operation, documenting installations, reporting technical issues to the engineering team, and maintaining accurate records of equipment deployed.

The Installations

Assistant will also support routine checks, minor adjustments, and collaboration with the service team to ensure reliable device performance on-site.

Qualifications

- Technical aptitude in handling medical or electronic devices,



with the ability to understand product specifications and operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge of installation workflows, including equipment setup, testing, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clinicians, patients, and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Organizational skills for managing schedules, documenting installations, and maintaining accurate deployment records.
- Ability to work on-site in clinical environments, including occasional travel between healthcare facilities as required.
- Prior experience in biomedical engineering, medical device installation, or healthcare support roles is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, healthcare technology, or a related field preferred.
- Commitment to patient safety, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new medical technologies.
