We are now rapidly expanding our Staff Augmentation business and are looking for a high energy Inside Sales professional to help build our client pipeline. 2. The Role

As an Inside Sales Staff Augmentation professional, you will be responsible for :

identifying companies with active technology talent requirements, finding the rightdecision-makers, creating conversations and generating qualified sales opportunities.

This is a hands-on hunting role. You will research target accounts, identify active hiring and business signals, reach prospects through LinkedIn, email and phone, qualify requirements,



and work closely with Senzcrafts Sales and Talent Fulfilment teams to convert opportunities into active Staff Augmentation engagements.

- AI/ML & Data Science
- Data Engineering
- Cloud & AI Engineering
- Full-stack / Product Engineering
- Automation and adjacent specialist technology skills

The role will primarily target direct enterprise clients and GCCs, rather than staffing intermediaries or SI partners. Skills & Experience

Mandatory

- 25 years of Inside Sales, Business Development or Lead Generation experience.
- Prior experience selling IT Staff Augmentation, Technology Services, IT Consulting or similar B2B technology services.
- Strong experience with outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email and phone.
- Comfortable making direct prospecting calls, including international outreach.
- Ability to research accounts and identify the correct business and technology decision-makers.
- Understanding of the technology hiring lifecycle requirements, JDs, skills, rates, availability and fulfilment.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- High level of persistence, follow-through and personal ownership of targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with measurable weekly targets.
- Must be based in or willing to work from Bangalore.

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience selling into GCCs and enterprise technology organizations.
- Exposure to the US, UK or European markets.
- Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, Data Engineering and Cloud technology roles.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales

prospecting/data tools.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage outbound campaigns and prospect pipelines.
- Existing network among GCC, Talent Acquisition or Technology leadership teams.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology-services organization.
