About the Role

Pepagora is looking for driven, communicative go-getters to join our Inside Sales team as interns. This is a launchpad role for anyone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems on the fly, and closing conversations with confidence. You'll be trained hands-on, mentored closely, and given a real shot at converting into a full-time role based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue.
- Coach the team on pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Handle key prospects and support the team in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports.

Requirements

- 2+ years of team leading experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and end to end sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English + Tamil / Kannada / Hindi / Telugu as applicable.
- Solid leadership, ownership, and target-oriented mindset.
