We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to drive business development across PAN India for our IT Staffing, Time & Material (T&M;), Contract Staffing, and IT Services offerings.

The role will involve identifying and connecting with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement Teams, IT Managers, Delivery Heads, and Business Decision Makers, understanding their hiring/service requirements, generating qualified opportunities, and converting them into business.

Candidates with existing corporate/IT client connects, active client relationships, or a strong network in the staffing and IT services industry will have an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT Staffing, T&M;, Contract Staffing, and IT Services across PAN India.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, references, and existing networks.
- Build relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, IT, Delivery and Business Heads.




- Understand client requirements for IT resources, contract staffing, T&M; projects, and IT services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into client accounts and business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn and virtual meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15 years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / T&M; Sales / IT Services Sales / B2B Sales / Inside Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing and contract hiring models.
- Experience selling T&M;, contract staffing, permanent staffing or IT services is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networking.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation qualification meeting proposal negotiation closure.
