Role Description This is a full time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role based in Mylapore. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a wide range of technical and IT roles.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job postings,
using multiple channels to attract qualified candidates, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, conducting initial assessments, facilitating feedback discussions, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding processes. The IT Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment data, ensure a positive candidate experience, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology roles.
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, including stakeholder collaboration and candidate evaluation.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Knowledge of current technology stacks, industry trends, and competitive talent markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
